CAFAmerica is a U.S. registered public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions and is dedicated to facilitating international giving by U.S. donors.

Grants by CAFAmerica from the Fund are made in its sole and independent discretion. U.S. donors will receive no tangible benefit or privilege from either CAFAmerica or the Millennium Foundation in return for their donations. In the U.S., such gifts are tax deductible as a charitable donation for U.S. income tax purposes to the extent allowable by law. CAFAmerica will maintain all personal donor information in confidence and will not release such information to third parties.
Donors Outside U.S.A.: The Millennium Foundation is in no position to guarantee the tax treatment of your gift, such treatment being essentially dependent on the tax practice applied by the fiscal authorities in your Country of residence.
